Bar-code reading
The bar-code of the test piece is identified with the automatic reading device, and the information is input to the PC.

Bored thickness measurement
The thickness size of the test piece is input to the PC by the board thickness measurement, and it judges whether the size is in the standard automatically.
  ↓
Hardness mesurement
The measurement point is automatically increased when the hardness value varies widely, to prevent the judgment mistake of the result. After the measurement, the hardness value is input to the PC, and it judges whether the value is in the standard automatically.
  ↓
Test piece remove
The test piece which finished test is automatically distributed to acceptance or rejection.

 

 
  • A large amount of test is possible, and the working efficiency improves.

A large amount of test piece can be measured in a short time by efficient automatic conveyance with two hardness tester.
